Systems Administrator

We are looking for a Systems Administrator responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of the IT infrastructure. The role includes ensuring stable and secure operation of servers, user systems, core infrastructure services, and related enterprise platforms.

The ideal candidate should have good troubleshooting skills, experience with Windows based systems administration, and the ability to support daily operational and infrastructure activities.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Administer and maintain Microsoft Windows Server environments
  • Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related Microsoft services
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security of servers and infrastructure services
  • Perform installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades of Windows servers and related systems
  • Support virtualization platforms and infrastructure services
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and infrastructure-related issues
  • Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and operational procedures
  • Maintain technical documentation and operational records
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams during implementation and support activities
  • Participate in infrastructure improvement and modernization initiatives

 

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent job experience
  • Experience in systems administration or IT infrastructure support
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server administration
  • Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft ecosystem services
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
  • Understanding of backup and monitoring systems
  • Basic understanding of IT security principles and best practices
  • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and documentation skills

 

Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications will be considered an advantage but are not mandatory:

  • Basic networking knowledge (switching, routing, VLANs, TCP/IP, firewall concepts)
  • Knowledge of SAP environments and related infrastructure support
  • Experience with Linux systems administration
  • Familiarity with cloud services and virtualization platforms
  • Relevant technical certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, etc.)
