Position: Profesional Associate for Risk management and internal controls

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Preparation of enterprise risk management assessments make recommendations that will oversee and mitigate the company risks;
  • Proactively updating and evaluating company risks together with all responsible departments/risk owners on regular basis:
    • Identify, assess, mitigate, monitor, review and update risk exposure;
    • coordination and monitoring of risk assessment and measures
    • Impact on realization of business plan together with controlling
  • Coordinates the preparation of regular quarterly risks reports with risk owners;
  • Prepares and get approvals of regular summary quarterly risk reports;
  • Assists in preparing and updating policies related to risk and internal controls based on guidance from Telekom Slovenije;
  • Raise awareness and educate employees about risk management framework;
  • Coordinates of yearly evaluations of internal controls with risk owners;
  • Controls the quality of internal controls and proposing improvements needed;
  • Coordinates yearly review of all policies and procedures with all company departments as part of business processes controlling component;
  • Cooperation in projects within the company, including other tasks appointed within the area of responsibility.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of Telecommunications, Business economics, Risk management Finance/ internal audit, current Kosovo laws and legislations;
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and Word programs;
  • Excellent analytical and financial skills;
  • Attention to details and problem-solving skills; 
  • Accurancy, reliability and responsibility;
  • Independence and self-initiative;
  • Excellent organizational and presentation skills;
  • Effective interpersonal and Communication skills;
  • Ability to perform work within short deadlines.

Education and experience:  

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Economics, Telecommunications or similar degree;
  • Active knowledge of the English language and good writing skills;

At least three years of related experience
