IT Business Analyst will have the following responsibilities:
Receives and analyzes incoming requests from the business side (primarily sales and marketing), translates the business to technical requirements and together with required BSS team defines the optimal technical solution
Cooperates with other IPKO units, external partners and vendors supporting “on-time”, “on-budget”, “on-specification” results for IT projects
Works closely with all other internal customers, in particular with the Marketing and Sales departments, to ensure proper communication, positive cooperation and maximum alignment resulting in positive business outcomes.
Coordinates and prepares specifications for important BSS related RFPs, analyzes submitted offers and prepares technical evaluation
Keeps track of business important projects
Follows modern technology and in particular IT trends; identifies, proposes, implements and supports processes/platforms/functionalities/architecture enhancements with the goal to improve unit and company results.
Contributes to strategic development of BSS IT infrastructure
Provides insights to higher management for preparation of the company strategy as well as ideas and proposals for business improvement.
Ensures that all IT business analysis and solution definition/deployment processes and procedures are correctly implemented on a timely manner.
Performs any/all other tasks assigned by the manager within the area of responsibility.

Required Professional Education:
University Degree/Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Computer Science
English knowledge (written and spoken)
Required working experience:
At least 5 years of Experience in Telecommunication or IT industry of which at least 2 years on product development areas (whether from business or from IT side).
