Intern in Technology Solutions and Business Quality Unit
The Intern in Technology Solutions and Business Quality Unit will support the team in activities related to data analysis, information technology, reporting, and the use of digital tools. This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience and develop professional skills in areas such as data analytics, business intelligence, mobile technologies, artificial intelligence, and technology systems.
Key Responsibilities
Support data analysis, data cleaning, and data processing activities.
• Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business insights.
• Use tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, and other technology platforms for reporting and analysis.
• Support the collection, validation, and interpretation of large datasets (Big Data).
• Assist in automating reports and improving data quality processes.
• Support tasks related to computer networks, databases, and mobile technologies.
• Utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for operational, reporting, and analytical activities.
• Collaborate with different teams and provide support based on business needs.
• Document findings and assist in preparing presentations and summaries for stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements
Student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, Java, R, C#, or similar preferred).
• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Basic understanding of data analysis, data visualization, and reporting concepts.
• Experience or knowledge in Power BI, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas), and similar analytical tools.
• Familiarity with Big Data concepts and handling large datasets is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of computer networking and mobile technologies.
• Knowledge of AI tools and technologies, including productivity and analytics tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manipulate, organize, and analyse structured and unstructured data.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
• Good command of the English language (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools is an advantage.
