We are looking for an ICT Engineer – CPE Team to join our Technical Operations & Maintenance team.
In this role, you will provide second-level technical support for residential and business customers, troubleshoot CPE and connectivity issues, and work closely with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure fast and reliable service.

What you’ll do
Troubleshoot routers, ONTs, switches, Wi-Fi, and other CPE devices.
Perform remote diagnostics and resolve connectivity and service issues.
Coordinate technical interventions with field teams and subcontractors.
Monitor service quality, SLA and KPI performance.
Support service restoration and escalation activities.
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Good knowledge of networking, IP, routing, switching, and Wi-Fi.
Hands-on experience with CPE devices and technical troubleshooting.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to perform field work when needed.
It’s a plus if you have
CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar certification.
Experience in telecommunications or ISP environments.
Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
Working Conditions
Combination of office-based and field-based work.
On-call coverage may be required, with additional compensation provided for on-call work.
