Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or related field
Master’s degree (preferred)
2–4 years of experience in executive support or similar roles
Experience working with senior or C-level management (preferred)
Strong communication skills in Albanian and English
High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficiency with workflow/document management systems (e.g., JIRA)
